1. Our Ragi flour is Truly Cold Pressed. Our Atta is not heated during the crushing of grains by pulverizing them beyond the natural means of mechanical pressure, Hence retaining 100% of the nutrition.
2. We use a Natural Stone Ragi, just like our forefathers did for generations. We are strictly against using an Emery Stone Ragi which can prove to be costly in the long run.
